Established to keep EV charging infrastructure working.
EV Integrity was established to address a growing challenge within the EV charging industry: chargers are being deployed rapidly, but maintaining those assets throughout their operational life is just as important as installing them.
Our goal is simple.
Help organisations operate safer, more reliable EV charging infrastructure.
We work independently across charging manufacturers, platforms and infrastructure owners to identify problems, improve asset condition and keep charging networks operational.
Why EV Integrity exists
The EV charging industry has grown quickly. Thousands of chargers have been installed across commercial properties, car parks, workplaces, councils and fleet depots across Australia.
But installation is only the beginning. Charging infrastructure is complex — it combines electrical systems, hardware, communications, software and network operations. Without structured maintenance, faults accumulate, reliability suffers and the investment made in charging infrastructure is undermined.
EV Integrity was established specifically to address this gap. We focus on the operational life of charging assets — not just getting them installed, but keeping them working.
How we work
We take a whole-system approach to charger reliability. That means looking beyond the individual charger to understand the electrical supply, network connectivity, software configuration and operational context — and identifying what needs to be done to improve performance and compliance.
